As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs and technical requirements. This position requires continuous collaboration to ensure data models are accurate, efficient, and support the organization's objectives. The Data Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical implementation by facilitating clear communication and thorough analysis of data requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and maintenance of data models to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in data modeling best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
• Experience with database design and data warehousing principles.
• Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into scalable data models.
• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management practices.
• Skilled in using data modeling tools and software to create and maintain models.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
