• Lead, train, and mentor the Data Mining team

• Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance

• Generate targeted B2B leads using data mining techniques

• Conduct web research and extract accurate business data

• Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy

• Build and manage prospect databases

• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for lead requirements

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

• Ensure team targets and deadlines are consistently achieved

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
