We at Verdantas, looking for Data Migration Specialist to join our team.
This role will provide critical support for migrating legacy ERP data into Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, reconciliation, and reporting readiness, leveraging SQL expertise, data analysis, and crossfunctional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to define data migration requirements.
- Analyze and map data structures between legacy systems and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
- Develop, test, and execute SQL-based migration scripts and procedures.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Execute production data migrations and provide post-migration support.
- Design and customize reports using Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Create and maintain workflows in Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
Skills :
- Technology: Advanced SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, ETL, Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
- Communication: Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy and validation.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidentiality: Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data migration and Microsoft SQL Server development.
- Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is required.
