Role Summary
We're seeking a dynamic Data Migration Lead who can lead the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for our global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You'll be the linchpin between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partnersensuring high-quality, secure, and timely migration of critical business data.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the SAP S/4HANA data migration strategy, framework, and roadmap
- Define and oversee the data migration strategy for other applications in scope )e.g. Teamcenter), framework, and roadmap
- Lead data profiling, cleansing, harmonization, and validation activities
- Collaborate with functional teams to map legacy data to new data models
- Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across business units
- Manage migration tools and methodologies (e.g. SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS)
- Set up testing protocols and reconcile data post-migration
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Guide and mentor data specialists and third-party consultants
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead in large-scale (Global) SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Deep understanding of legacy systems (SAP ECC, non-SAP platforms)
- Strong expertise in data governance and master data management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate at strategic and executional levels
- Fluent in English
