Job Description

Lead and manage data transformation projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business objectives
Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to support data integration from various sources
Utilize tools such as SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) for data migration and transformation tasks
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all data systems and processes
Optimize and enhance existing data workflows and ETL processes for improved performance and scalability
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Monitor data pipelines and ETL processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
Produce comprehensive documentation for all data processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for relevant stakeholders
