Key Responsibilities

1. Data migration Planning & Strategy - Develop the overall data migration strategy, scope, and roadmap in alignment with program objectives and timelines. Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic. Identify data sources and assess readiness, quality, and potential risks

2. Execution & Delivery - Lead the end-to-end execution of data migration activities across all project phases: extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation. Manage migration of master data, transactional data, and historical records from legacy systems to the target platform. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to validate and test data in the target system. Implement automated and repeatable data migration processes

3. Data Quality and Governance - Define and enforce data quality rules, cleansing standards, and validation procedures. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of migrated data with regulatory and audit standards. Coordinate data reconciliation, defect tracking, and issue resolution processes

Required Qualifications

1. 10+ yrs of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.

2. Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation

3. Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN etc

4. Experience with Data migration tools

5. Strong understanding of data modelling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

8. Project Management Skills.
