Summary:

As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from planning through execution. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely into the new system. The individual manages the migration approach, implements necessary controls, and proactively addresses any risks or challenges that may arise. The position demands continuous monitoring and adjustment to maintain a seamless and dependable transition, ensuring that the target system is fully prepared for operational use.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead coordination efforts among cross-functional teams to align migration activities and timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive migration plans and documentation to support project objectives.
• Monitor migration progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or issues.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in managing data quality, validation, and reconciliation during migration projects.
• Ability to design and implement migration controls to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.
• Skilled in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to facilitate smooth data transition.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving data migration challenges in complex environments.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
