We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Consultant to lead the end-to-end data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes for a real estate CRM migration project involving Property-xRM. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Must Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis)
- Proven expertise in data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills

- Domain knowledge of the real estate industry
- Prior experience working with Property-xRM or similar CRM systems
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- 5+ years of professional experience with data migration and Excel-based data handling
