About the Role
Join us to work on large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion transformation programs. You'll be involved in the full data migration lifecycle—data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation across complex enterprise systems.
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

What You'll Do
- Execute end-to-end data migration cycles (extract, transform, load, validate)
- Work with multiple data sources (databases, flat files, APIs, legacy systems)
- Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with business & technical teams on data mappings and rules
- Support mock runs, trial migrations, and cutover activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
What We're Looking For
- Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills
- Exposure to Oracle HDL / FBDI
- Good knowledge of Oracle EBS / Fusion Modules (one or more modules)
- ERP
- SCM
- HCM
- PPM
- Familiarity with OIC or REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Good understanding of data validation & reconciliation
You'll Succeed If You Have
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Migration / ETL / Data Analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication & stakeholder interaction skills
- Exposure to ERP/SCM/HCM/PPM transformation projects
Eligibility: 2022 / 2023 / 2024 Graduates (CS / IT / Engineering)
