As a Lead -Implementation within the Workplace Solutions Implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in leading data migration activities and process improvement projects that support the Client Onboarding -Implementation team.

Job responsibilities

  • Overseeand execute end-to-end data migration activities for client onboarding, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Serveas the primary Implementation-team resource for data migration, providing expert guidance and technical support.
  • Leadand mentor team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment. Delegatetasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across the team.
  • Collaboratewith internal departments to deliver seamless onboarding and data migration aligned to project requirements.
  • Coordinatecross-functional dependencies, timelines, and handoffs to keep migrations on track.
  • Overseecollection, review, and processing of required documentation and data to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Validatedata quality and completeness, resolving gaps to protect downstream processing and reporting.
  • Driveprocess improvement initiatives focused on data and broader implementation workflows.
  • Evaluateonboarding and migration procedures continuously to identify efficiency opportunities and improve outcomes.
  • Resolveimplementation questions, risks, and issues promptly, applying structured problem-solving to maintain project momentum.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Leadproject teams by delegating work effectively and mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.
  • Organizemultiple projects and tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Analyzesituations to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
  • Coordinatetimelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful data migration and process improvement delivery.
  • Collaboratewith colleagues to build strong working relationships and support shared outcomes.
  • Adaptto evolving business needs by embracing new challenges and learning new systems and processes.
  • Leverageadvanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills to manage, analyze, and present data efficiently.
  • Applydata migration tools and methodologies to support accurate, controlled migrations.
  • Anticipateteam needs and proactively address potential risks before they escalate.
  • Prioritizecompeting demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in data migration, process improvement, equity compensation, fintech, or similar industry desirable but not required.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes is a plus.
