Level: Data Management Engineer III
As a Data Management Engineer III at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Data Management Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data quality and integration solutions that support enterprise-scale business needs.
- Lead discussions with business and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and assess impacts to technical architecture and business processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy Informatica Cloud and IDMC data quality solutions, including profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, matching, and duplicate record management.
- Create technical design documents, development standards, templates, and reusable assets to support consistent delivery across environments.
- Manage task automation, agent configuration, code migration, and deployment activities using GitHub, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise code management tools.
- Facilitate agile delivery activities, review deliverables, track progress, prepare status updates, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

AI & Data professionals will work with our clients to:
- Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing.
- Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
- Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years Experience in MDM.
- 3-5 years of experience in IDMC
- Experience in implementing IDMC.
- Experience in leading the design and implementation of data management solutions leveraging Informatica Data Management Cloud.
- Experience in Architecting end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, integration, and delivery of data across various sources and destinations.
- Experience in developing business critical Informatica entities using IICS Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services – CAI, CDQ and CDI.
- Experience in performing performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of Informatica IDMC workflows and processes.
- Experience in MDM platform including expertise with Configuring MDM SaaS data models, Match and Merge rules, trust frameworks, complex hierarchy relationship management through Business 360 Console.
- Experience in Customer 360/ Supplier 360/ Product 360 User Interface Configuration
- Experience in configuring Data Governance Workflows and Stewardship Roles in IDMC.
- Experience in Github, DevOps, CICD/ Enterprise code management tools.
- Utilize technical and domain knowledge to develop and implement effective software solutions.
- Experience in design documents like HLD, LLD etc. and propose solution architecture based on client requirements.
- Experience in different kinds of testing like Unit Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, etc.
- Should have IDMC certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Science, or equivalent
Preferred:
- Experience with additional MDM tools beyond IDMC such as Reltio MDM, IBM Initiate, SAP MDG and Oracle MDM.
- Exposure to Data Quality, Data Governance and Data cataloging concepts and implementation.
- Experience on Informatica On Prem MDM 10.2 and above
- Exposure to pre-sales and RFP process.
