Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking a highly experienced Data Management DevOps Professional to join our client's team. This pivotal role requires an individual with the skills to create and maintain a robust data management framework, ensuring data governance, quality, and lineage across enterprise data assets. You will be instrumental in optimizing data platforms, developing ETL processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet ambitious data objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management Framework & Governance: Create and maintain a data management framework that establishes roles and responsibilities for data governance and decision-making to meet enterprise data objectives and goals.
- Data Ingestion & Validation: Responsible for loading and validating data into the data management framework.
- Data Lineage & Quality: Build end-to-end lineage for all data assets within the data management framework. Investigate data quality-related issues, identify root causes, and build solution plans.
- Platform Optimization: Investigate data management platform related issues and optimize performance. Monitor usage of the data management platform to identify potential capacity overloads and bottlenecks.
- Analytical Landscape Understanding: Possess the skills necessary to understand the organization's current analytical landscape and complex data models.
- Database & Scripting: Act as a database expert, able to perform environment assessment and optimize performance to the maximum extent within available resources. Proficient in writing shell scripts.
- ETL Design & Development: Able to design and develop the ETL environment, processes, programs, and scripts to acquire data from source systems and inject into the analytical landscape.
- Collaboration & Requirements: Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify, define, develop, and implement new requirements. Participate in writing and reviewing functional specifications and design reviews.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide support for technical issues and ensure system availability. Support the analysis and documentation of data capture to execute upon reporting requirements to meet business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Remain current on data platform technologies, testing industry trends, and best practices.
- Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects and be responsible for deliverables, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Skills
- Strong experience in Informatica Suite, particularly in data management implementation.
- Proficiency in Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog, Axon Data Governance, and Informatica Data Quality.
- Extensive experience in software development.
- Deep database expertise and proficiency in writing shell scripts.
- Ability to create and maintain a data management framework.
- Strong understanding of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to enterprise information assets, and approaches to data protection.
- Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends.
- Understanding of overall core concepts for analytics and data management.
- Skills to investigate and resolve data quality and platform performance issues.
- Ability to design and develop ETL environments, processes, programs, and scripts.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, conducive to team development.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work concurrently on multiple tasks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management.
- Proven experience in software development.
- Extensive database experience and shell scripting proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience with Informatica Suite in data management implementation.
