Job Title : Data Management & Analytics Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:
u2022Leads and mentors analytics team members and delegates responsibilities effectively within the analytics team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and optimizing team performance to achieve project objectives and business targets.

u2022Handles analysis of complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover deep insights that inform strategic business decisions and operational efficiencies.
u2022Creates sophisticated predictive models and data visualizations, utilizing tools like Python, R, and Palentir, to forecast trends, patterns, and anomalies for proactive decision-making, working under limited supervision.
u2022Develops, documents, and disseminates comprehensive methodologies, processes, and analytical findings, ensuring transparency, reproducibility, and facilitating cross-functional knowledge sharing and collaboration.
u2022Presents complex data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, effectively translating intricate analytical results into clear, actionable business strategies and influencing key decision-making processes.
u2022Monitors, maintains, and continuously improves the performance of deployed models, conducting regular reviews, updates, and optimizations to ensure sustained accuracy, relevance, and business impact.
u2022Interacts and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT, data engineering, and various business units, to ensure the successful operationalization, integration, and scaling of data science solutions across the organization.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 8-9 years of people leader experience with Bachelor's/Master's in areas such as Data Analytics, Data Modeling or equivalent

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
