As a
Data Management Analyst here at Honeywell, you will provide essential support to global, cross-functional teams, ensuring the integrity and governance of financial master data. Your role will be pivotal in driving data quality and standards, while also collaborating with various teams to enhance our data management processes.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that our Finance Data Governance initiatives are executed effectively, fostering a culture of data excellence and reliability across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to global, cross-functional Honeywell teams for the Finance Data Governance process, EHM application (Enterprise Hierarchy Management), and other Finance initiatives.
- Ensure end-to-end process ownership of FDG initiatives, including data governance, data quality, and data standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve master data quality issues.
- Review manual processes and work with IT teams to implement automation solutions.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance Role
- Proven experience in independently executing assigned tasks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with data governance processes and tools
- Experience in data management or a related role
- Proficiency in Oracle EDMC, SAP, and EPM
