We re seeking a future team member for the role ofSenior Associate, Data management Analystto join ourData enginnering team. This role is inPune, MH-HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Expertise of BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, ThoughtSpot).
• Understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework.
• SQL queries, DAX functions.
• Data modelling, administration, and visualization.
• Data preparation and data warehousing concepts.
• Change Control management.
• Data Governance.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Designing and developing BI reports and dashboards
• Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document the requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboards and reports.
• Training end-users
• Troubleshooting and maintenance
• Appropriate access controls and data protection measures
