Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • DLP Solution Lifecycle Management: Engage in the full lifecycle of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, encompassing architecture design, implementation, upgrades, assessments, troubleshooting, and health checks across all different DLP modules.
  • Policy Management: Develop a deep understanding of DLP policies and effectively fine-tune policy parameters to ensure optimal data protection and minimal false positives.
  • Use Case Implementation: Demonstrate capability in understanding and implementing at least two different use cases involving advanced features of DLP solutions, showcasing practical application of the technology.
  • Technical Presentation & PoC: Articulate technical concepts clearly, conduct professional presentations, and lead successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for DLP solutions to prospective clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for DLP systems, diagnosing and resolving complex issues to ensure continuous operation and data security.
  • System Administration & OS Knowledge: Apply in-depth knowledge of at least one operating system (Windows, Linux, or UNIX) and actively work towards gaining proficiency in others to support diverse client environments.
  • Adjacent Solution Understanding: Possess technical knowledge and understanding of adjacent data security solutions, such as data classification and encryption, to provide integrated security advice.
  • Documentation & Success Articulation: Document and articulate at least two professional services, delivery, or pre-sales successes, highlighting your skills and contributions in previous roles.
  • Continuous Learning & Certification: Proactively obtain and maintain industry or technical certifications (e.g., SANS, CISSP, CNE, MCSE) or equivalent within the timeframe established by management, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Leverage excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Professional services delivery, Sys Admin, pre-sales, or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one Operating System: Windows, Linux, or UNIX.
  • Proficiency in DLP solutions, covering Architecture, Design, Implementation, Upgrades, Assessments, troubleshooting, and Health Checks for all different modules.
  • Strong understanding of DLP policies and policy fine-tuning parameters.
  • Ability to understand and implement at least two different use cases involving advanced features of DLP solutions.
  • Ability to articulate, present technically, and conduct Proof of Concept for DLP solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting capability for DLP.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of adjacent solutions such as data classification and encryption.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to obtaining industry or technical certifications (i.e., SANS, CISSP, CNE, MCSE) or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to document professional services/delivery/pre-sales successes.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of IT Compliance.
  • Relevant product/industry training/accreditations and certifications achieved during the past 2 years.
