Job Description

Expertise in Large-Scale Modernization programs in the Data domain
Experience in responding to RFPs and crafting winning proposals
Proven ability to create end-to-end architecture solutions in Data and AI
Knowledge of Generative AI, Conventional AI, and Machine Learning techniques
Expertise in building accelerators and reusable frameworks in Data & AI
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to drive business transformation
Experience in handling and leading large teams efficiently
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data and AI solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills to engage with C-level executives and clients
Ability to define data strategy and roadmap for enterprises
Deep understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Experience in mentoring and upskilling teams in Data & AI technologies
Experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI systems for autonomous decision-making and workflow automation
Knowledge of AI agents, multi-agent systems, and autonomous AI orchestration for enterprise application
looking for core technical resource with people management and development skills
