Data Integration & BI Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.
• Integrate data from Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph API, Active Directory / Azure AD, and Excel.
• Connect and consolidate enterprise platforms such as Viva Insights, HR systems, and financial applications.
• Convert business requirements into structured design documents and technical solutions.
• Implement data security, privacy controls, and role-based access (RBAC) mechanisms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across analytics solutions.
• Optimize performance of data models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership teams to deliver insights-driven solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
