Data Insights Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable data flow.
• Manage and enhance BI tools such as Metabase for secure and effective reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to provide real-time insights to business teams.
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics using Mixpanel or similar tools to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across analytics systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve analytics workflows, tools, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Mixpanel, or equivalents.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ETL frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, business intelligence, and analytics best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare analytics or healthcare data systems.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
