Data Governance Purview Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Data Discovery & Cataloging: You'll use Microsoft Purview to perform data discovery, automatically identifying and cataloging data assets to create a comprehensive inventory.
• Classification & Tagging: You'll implement and configure data classification rules to automatically tag and categorize sensitive data, ensuring compliance with various regulations.
• Compliance & Management: You'll work with data quality and compliance tools, and have a strong understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements.
• Automation & Scripting: You'll use tools like PowerShell for automation and scripting, ensuring efficient and repeatable data governance processes.
• Collaboration & Project Management: You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and use tools like Azure DevOps to track implementation progress.
