Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Manager with strong hands-on Collibra expertise to lead a data governance implementation project. The candidate will serve as the technical lead, driving delivery across Collibra components while collaborating with business and data stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration and implementation of Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud (DIC).
• Design Communities, Domains, Asset Types, workflows, and stewardship models.
• Configure Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Policy Manager, and Data Dictionary.
• Build technical and business data lineage using Lineage Harvester and Jobserver.
• Integrate Collibra with upstream/downstream systems via REST APIs and connectors.
• Manage project milestones, stakeholder communication, and junior team members
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Data Intelligence Cloud (DIC) — platform setup & environment management
• Business Glossary & Data Catalog — authoring, harvesting, enrichment
• Data Lineage — Harvester, Jobserver, lineage graph
• Policy Manager & Workflow Designer — custom workflows, BPMN, approvals
• REST API — integrations, automation, bulk operations
• Roles & Responsibilities — permissions, stewardship assignments
• Experience with Collibra data quality management and data lineage
• SQL and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Python or scripting for automation
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum: 4–5 years experience in Collibra Data Governance.
• Primary Location Kolkata, if not then Flex
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Collibra Ranger, Steward, or Architect certification preferred
• Proven experience leading Collibra deployments in enterprise environments
