Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

As a Data Governance Practitioner, a typical day involves establishing and enforcing data governance policies that uphold the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Additionally, the practitioner actively drives data stewardship initiatives, fostering a culture of responsibility and accountability around data management across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data governance policies with business objectives.
• Monitor compliance with data governance standards and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Support the development and delivery of training programs to enhance data governance awareness.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of data governance processes and policies.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
