Data Governance Manager

Role: Immuta SME (Data Provisioning & Access Governance)

Exp: 6 to 10 Yrs.

Location: PAN India.

Job Description:

• Lead the implementation and administration of Immuta for enterprise data provisioning, access control, and governance. Define and enforce attribute-based access control (ABAC), data entitlement policies, and automated provisioning workflows. Integrate Immuta with enterprise data platforms, identity providers, catalogues, and governance ecosystems. Support data privacy, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and policy-driven access management requirements. Provide architecture guidance and best practices for secure data sharing, self-service access, and governed data consumption.
• Design, implement, and manage data security and governance solutions using Immuta.
• Configure Immuta for policy-based access control and data governance.
• Implement dynamic data masking, RLS, CLS, and ABAC.
• Develop and maintain data access policies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate Immuta with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS lake Formation, AWS Redshift
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Governance teams.
• Monitor policy enforcement, user activity, and audit logs for compliance.
• Support data classification, metadata management, and data Catalog initiatives.
• Troubleshoot access issues and optimize governance policies for performance and scalability.
• Create documentation and operational procedures.
