Data Governance Manager

We are hiring an experienced Data Governance Lead for a large enterprise organization undergoing enterprise-wide Data & Analytics transformation initiatives.

Experience: 8–12 Years

About Role :

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in establishing and operationalizing Data Governance frameworks, Data Quality processes, Metadata Management, and enterprise-wide governance standards across business and analytics ecosystems.

Key Skills Required :

•Define and implement enterprise Data Governance operating models.

• Establish Data Ownership and Data Stewardship frameworks.

• Drive Data Quality initiatives, governance KPIs, and remediation processes.

• Manage Metadata, Business Glossary, and End-to-End Data Lineage.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, MDM, and Business teams.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise data policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Drive governance adoption, stakeholder alignment, and governance maturity initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Strong experience in Data Governance and Data Management.

• Hands-on exposure to Data Quality Management and Governance frameworks.

• Expertise in Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Business Glossary.

• Good understanding of MDM concepts and enterprise data ecosystems.

• Experience working with Azure-based data platforms and Snowflake.

• Exposure to governance tools like Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
