About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) software, HIPAA compliance, SQL, AI/ML, and Python. The ideal candidate will drive data governance strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, establish data standards, and lead enterpriselevel data quality initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical, leadership, and strategic skills to support data integrity across the organization.

What You'll Do:
- Designed and implemented Master Data Models to support enterprise-wide data consistency and governance
- Configured and customized MDM platforms, including workflows, match/merge rules, and survivorship logic
- Customized MDM APIs and user interfaces to meet business-specific requirements
- Developed and maintained ETL pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and validating data from multiple source systems
- Integrated structured and semi-structured data using XML, JSON, and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Worked with industry-standard data integration tools to ensure scalable and reliable data movement
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong proficiency in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MDM
- Experience with ETL
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of OOP, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience working on Linux/Unix environments
