Job Type : Contract 2 hire (12 month minimum Duration)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Governance Lead with 7+ years of experience in Informatica IDMC. The role focuses on governance transformation, metadata migration, and enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Define migration roadmap and execution plan

Implement governance framework in IDMC

Establish data ownership and stewardship model

Implement metadata catalog and lineage

Integrate data quality using IDMC CDQ along with Data remediation

Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption

Ensure regulatory compliance Standardize Policies , procedures and controls across domains.

• Audit readiness and governance reporting.
• Lead workshops , training sessions and change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

7+ years in Data Governance

Experience with IDMC

Strong knowledge of DAMA, DCAM

Experience in metadata, lineage, and data quality

SQL, APIs, Cloud exposure

Preferred Skills

CDMP / Collibra / Informatica certifications

Experience in large-scale migrations
