Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Collibra Data Governance and Data Catalog across key enterprise domains including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, service, sales, operations, quality, and finance.
- Implement governance capabilities such as business glossary, metadata onboarding, lineage, stewardship workflows, and data quality monitoring for critical operational and commercial data.
- Integrate Collibra with core enterprise systems including ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM, sales management systems, data warehouses, and BI platforms using APIs and connectors.
- Partner with data owners and stewards across organization to define data standards, policies, and critical data elements (CDEs).
- Enable end‑to‑end data traceability for order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, service lifecycle, and manufacturing execution processes.
- Support audit readiness, reporting accuracy, and analytics by improving data transparency and trust across operational and commercial datasets.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, support enhancements, and assist with Collibra upgrades and releases.
- Create documentation, training materials, and best practices to drive governance adoption across global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in data governance, metadata management, data engineering, or related roles.
- Hands‑on experience with Collibra (Data Governance, Catalog, Workflow, or Data Quality).
- Working knowledge of service and operations data landscapes, including manufacturing, sales, logistics, and operations data.
- Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and modern data platforms (cloud or on‑prem).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Collibra with SAP, CRM platforms, Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with operational, financial, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, audit controls, data traceability).
- Collibra certification(s).
