Job Description

Strong experience in data governance/privacy domain; strong attention to detail. Should be able to translate regulatory requirements to system specifications Deep banking knowledge and techno-functional leadership across complex system landscapes including the regulatory compliance of the systems being implemented in the context of the existing banking system and operations. Align Business, IT, InfoSec, Data, Legal/Compliance, Vendor/Partners; unblock integrations, data lineage, and archival/retention mechanics. Understand and analyze gaps towards DPDP compliance Identify defects and process holes early; chase owners; track to closure; maintain risk/issue logs. Define test objectives, data sets, scenarios; supervise SIT/UAT; ensure evidence is auditready Stand-up command center/wave plans; fast-track sign-offs Maintain RAID; escalate early; drive executive decisions; Proven delivery of large implementations with stringent regulatory timelines. previous experience of large-scale implementation in similar regulatory projects such as GDPR. Has worked on Data Governance/Privacy tools like Collibra, BigID & others. Has knowledge of Python Have experience in designing/implementing systems and workflows for handling Tokenisation, Data Principal Rights (access/erasure/grievances), Role Based Access mechanisms, etc. Has good understanding on data masking techniques Excellent communication and stakeholder handling; ability to run war-rooms
