Job Title: Data Governance & AI Governance SME

Location: Bangalore

Permanent CTC: Up to 30 LPA

Contract: 4 Months | 600–700/hour

Seeking a Data Governance & AI Governance SME with hands-on enterprise Data Governance expertise and experience supporting AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 8+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, or related data disciplines.
• 2+ years working on AI/ML, Generative AI, or AI Governance initiatives.
• Hands-on implementation of enterprise Data Governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Experience establishing Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, and Accountability models.
• Strong expertise in Data Quality processes, controls, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience defining and maintaining Metadata Management and Data Lineage requirements.
• Experience implementing governance controls for trusted, secure, and compliant data.
• Experience enabling high-quality, governed data suitable for AI/ML and Generative AI consumption.

All listed technical requirements are mandatory. Candidates must have practical implementation experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
