Job Description

  • Strong experience with Python and SQL
  • Hands-on with GCP services Cloud Composer (Airflow/DAGs), Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL/BigQuery
  • Good knowledge of healthcare data standards CCDA and FHIR (HL7 is nice to have)
  • Experience with data conversion HL7 FHIR or CCDA FHIR
  • Ability to design and build ETL/ELT pipelines and automate workflows in GCP
  • Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring of data pipelines in production environments.
  • Familiarity with FHIR data stores/APIs and RESTful operations.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes, and Agile delivery.
