About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Trainee to join our team. The selected candidate will undergo a
3-month training program where they will learn, contribute, and gain hands-on exposure to data research and analysis.
On successful completion of the training and based on performance, candidates will be
converted into full-time employees. This role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering and updating data accurately in company systems and databases.
- Verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
- Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documents for easy retrieval.
- Performing basic data validation and identifying discrepancies for correction.
- Assisting in preparing simple reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Supporting the team in maintaining data quality and confidentiality standards.
- Following defined processes and guidelines while handling information.
- Assisting in data cleanup, formatting, and documentation activities.
