About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Data Entry Specialist to support our operations, sales, and program management teams. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who is strong with spreadsheets, organised with data, and comfortable working in structured systems.
Key Responsibilities- Accurate data entry and maintenance across multiple databases and spreadsheets
- Managing and updating Google Sheets and MS Excel trackers on a daily basis
- Data cleaning, validation, and cross-checking for accuracy
- Maintaining structured records for:
- client data
- program registrations
- sales and payment trackers
- internal operational reports
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely updates and data integrity
- Generating basic reports and summaries as required
- Ensuring data confidentiality and adherence to internal processes
Required Skills & Qualifications- 12 years of experience in data entry or an operations support role
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets (mandatory)
- Familiarity with:
- MS Word
- Google Docs & Google Drive
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
- Basic communication skills (written and verbal)
