Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to accurately manage, update, and maintain business-critical data. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in US business hours and possess strong data management, communication, and MS Office skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, verify, and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Process large volumes of information with high attention to detail.
• Generate reports and perform basic data analysis using Excel.
• Coordinate with US-based teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Entry, Data Processing, Back Office Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation preferred).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during US shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or database management systems.
• Exposure to US clients or US business processes.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Shift Requirement

• Must be willing to work full-time US shifts from India.
