Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across systems and databases while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Organize and manage digital files, records, and documentation
- Perform data cleaning and remove duplicate or incorrect entries
- Generate reports and summaries as required
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect missing or updated information
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks
- Follow company procedures and quality standards for data management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Strong time management and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or database management systems
- Familiarity with data validation and reporting processes
