They're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with SQL skills to join them on a full-time contract. This role involves handling data extraction, entry, and structuring, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing information across multiple sources.

About the Role

• Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
• Commitment: 8-9 hours/day

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources, including websites, PDFs, and databases
• Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance across systems
• Execute basic to intermediate SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and processing
• Load structured data into SQL databases while ensuring format consistency
• Review, organize, and archive digital documents for easy retrieval
• Prepare reports on data integrity, findings, and progress
• Collaborate with the team on data-driven projects

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in data entry and data processing
• Basic to intermediate SQL Server skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and validation
• Experience handling web data extraction and PDFs is a plus
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong accuracy and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic startup environment
