Job Description

We're looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help maintain and organize accurate information across our systems and databases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working independently to handle large volumes of data with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data across spreadsheets, CRMs, or internal platforms.

Ensure all records are accurate, consistent, and up to date.

Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Organize and categorize digital files for easy retrieval.

Perform regular quality checks and data clean-up activities.

Assist in generating reports or summaries from datasets.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy.

Requirements

13 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong typing skills and proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.

Familiarity with CRMs or databases (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, or HubSpot).

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
