Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Entry Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The primary responsibilities include accurately entering data into databases or systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free, verifying data for accuracy, and maintaining records for company use. The role also involves collaborating with team members to support administrative tasks and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Typing with high accuracy is essential for everyday job functions
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively and deliver updates
  • Experience or knowledge in Customer Service to support client interactions when required
  • Administrative Assistance skills for managing and organizing documentation efficiently
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines
  • Prior experience in data entry or a related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in computer or office software is advantageous
