Data Entry & Product Catalog Associate (E-commerce)

About the role

We're hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry & Product Catalog Associate to help keep our online store accurate, clean, and well-organized. This is careful, accuracy-focused work — a great fit if you take pride in getting the small details right. No prior experience is required; full training is provided. This is an in-person role based in Surat, Gujarat

Please note: Strong written and spoken English is essential for this role.

What you'll do

• Organize and clean up product listings on our online store
• Find and merge duplicate listings
• Check that product images and details are correct and consistent
• Write clear, accurate product information
• Prepare listings for Google and search (basic SEO)

Must-haves

• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable using a computer (web browser, Google Sheets, and picking up new web tools)

Nice-to-haves (not required)

• Previous data entry experience
• Familiarity with e-commerce, Shopify, or online selling
• Some experience with SEO

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary / HSC) from an English-medium school
