Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and updated inventory records across product categories (murti types, sizes, materials, custom orders, etc.).
- Enter and update product details, stock levels, SKUs, and pricing in internal systems or spreadsheets.
- Track product movement and ensure real-time stock visibility across locations or platforms.
- Coordinate with artisans, production teams, and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory status reports for management.
- Assist in stock checks and audits; identify discrepancies and resolve them proactively.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and formatting across all inventory databases.
- Work with the telesales and dispatch teams to manage order fulfilment based on stock availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in recording and reviewing data.
- Technical Skills: Good command of Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of inventory software/ERPs is a plus.
- Data Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to handle large data volumes.
- Coordination Skills: Comfortable collaborating with artisans, logistics, and sales teams.
- Experience: Prior experience in data entry or inventory roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language Skills: Basic English and Hindi required; Marwari/Gujarati is an advantage.
