Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry Manager role based in Nelamangala. The Data Entry Manager will oversee daily data entry operations, including assigning workloads, monitoring data accuracy, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. This role involves managing a team of data entry associates, providing training and feedback, and implementing data quality standards and best practices. The manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure data consistency across systems and reports. Responsibilities also include maintaining and improving data management processes, generating routine reports, resolving data-related issues, and supporting audits and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Strong Data Management skills, including maintaining databases, validating records, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Proficient Typing and keyboarding skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to identify data trends, detect discrepancies, and support process improvements.
  • Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with team members and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Customer Service mindset to support internal and external data-related requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Prior experience in data entry supervision, team leadership, or operations coordination is preferred.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, data entry tools, and basic ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, commerce, information management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Nelamangala, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
