Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saharanpur for a Data Entry and Billing and Accountancy Specialist. The role includes entering and updating data in Excel, completing form-filling tasks for the PM-Surya Ghar website, and handling billing and basic accountancy duties. Additional tasks include organizing documentation, maintaining records, and providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- 12 with Maths & Maths score must be >70%
- Graduate with any discipline
- Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills for data entry, Excel, and form-filling tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of Billing and Accounting principles and practices to perform accounting-related tasks
- Previous experience in data entry, billing, or accounting is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
