Data Entry Executive

Job Title: Data EntryExecutive(Category Management)

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing product data, executing internal workflows, and ensuring smoothcatalogoperations across e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management

Maintain accurate SKU-level data across internal systems

Handle bulk uploads, fix template errors, and update listings (titles, attributes, pricing, images).

Track inventory, pricing, and promotions, ensuring real-time syncin for internal processes.

Audit data regularly to identify gaps, mismatches, maintain data hygiene

Maintain master sheets and category trackers for clean, organized data flow.

2. MarketplaceCatalogOperations

Create/update product listingsas per the requirement

Ensure listing compliance, resolve errors, and keep SKUs active and optimized.

Support category managers with daily trackers, basic reports, and data requirements.

3. Internal Process Execution

Execute internal data workflows (WebsiteQC, reconciliation, and SLA-based tasks).

Coordinate with internal teamsto maintain work flow,product information and updates.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong Excel expertise is mandatory Advanced formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot

Tables, data cleaning, formatting, and basic macro/automation skills.

High accuracy and consistency in handling large datasets.

Basic understanding of marketplacecatalogsystems and templates
