Data Entry Executive

Vaishnavi Gem & Jewel Pvt Ltd (Vaishnavi Jewels) is a certified diamond jewellery showroom and manufacturer in Surat since 2005, at UG120, Rajhans Ornate - High Street Retail Mall, Parle Point, Surat 395007.

We are hiring a Data Entry & Accounts Executive (Tally + Excel) for our Parle Point showroom.

Salary: Rs 20,000 - 25,000 per month (based on skill and experience)

Timings: 10:45 AM - 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Location: On-site, full-time. Only candidates living in Surat should apply.

Responsibilities

• Daily entries in Tally Prime: sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals
• - Maintain stock, billing and customer records in Excel
• - Maintain manual registers (stock, cash, inward/outward) and match them with Tally and Excel
• - Help with stock tallying and reconciliation of jewellery items
• - Assist with GST invoices and records for our CA

Requirements

• B.Com or equivalent preferred
• - 1+ year of hands-on Tally experience (freshers with a Tally certificate may apply)
• - Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables)
• - Fast, accurate typing; careful with numbers
• - Gujarati, Hindi and basic English
• - Jewellery or retail experience is a plus

Mandatory (jewellery business)

• Police verification before joining
• - One local reference from Surat (not a family member)
