Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Executive based in Kolkata. The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering data into various systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, preparing and sorting documents for data entry, verifying and correcting data, and generating reports as required. The role also involves coordinating with team members to resolve any data discrepancies and ensuring timely completion of data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data entry and data management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of financial and tax terminology
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
