Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases with high accuracy.
• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies before entry.
• Maintain and organize digital records and files.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Perform regular data quality checks and correct inaccuracies.
• Generate reports and summaries when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update necessary information.
• Maintain data entry logs and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in any discipline.
• Proven experience in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative support preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of data management and reporting.
