ENERGDIVE is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & CRM Support Executive to help manage and maintain business data across our CRM, subscriber databases, and internal systems.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, supporting CRM operations, preparing reports, and assisting various teams with database management and business processes. The position also provides exposure to modern CRM platforms, automation tools, and digital business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry, updating, and maintenance of records within Zoho CRM and related systems.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer, subscriber, partner, and prospect databases.
- Import, export, validate, and organize data using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Assist in lead management, contact segmentation, and database maintenance activities.
- Support website lead forms, data collection processes, and CRM integrations.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management and business teams.
- Perform regular data cleansing, deduplication, and quality checks.
- Assist with CRM user support and process documentation.
- Support implementation of workflows, automations, and business process improvements within Zoho applications.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, editorial, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Maintain organized records and support various administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in data entry, CRM operations, business support, administration, or related functions.
- Fresh graduates with strong computer proficiency and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Prior exposure to media, publishing, events, marketing, or business services environments is desirable but not mandatory.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and database management.
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform routine quality checks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, website forms, or data imports will be beneficial.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and automation processes.
Education
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Degrees in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related fields will be preferred.
