We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain accurate information across our databases and systems. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Maintain and organize digital files and records.
Perform regular data quality checks and correct errors as needed.
Generate simple reports and summaries from data sets.
Follow data confidentiality and security policies.
Support other administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scanning, uploading documents).
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 wpm preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Familiarity with cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).
Previous experience working in a remote environment.
