Job Description

The Data Entry Associate is responsible for inputting and updating product information in internal systems and on the company website. The position requires attention to detail, consistency, and clear communication to support accurate digital content and efficient workflow management.

Essential Functions:

  • Enters fitment data from external sources into internal databases.
  • Compiles, sorts, and verifies the accuracy of data prior to entry to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Updates and adds specifications for products listed on the company's website.
  • Maintains detailed logs of daily activities, including records of completed work and pending tasks.
  • Keeps supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and all related information necessary for effective management.
  • Performs all other duties as apparent or assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of data entry or related experience
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail.
