About the Role:

Flip Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team. This position is well-suited for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their professional career in data management and administrative operations with a minimum 1-2 years of experience. The role will involve handling sensitive information, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the broader operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update information in internal databases and systems.
• Perform routine data verification to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Maintain organized records, both digital and physical, as required.
• Support various departments with administrative and data-related tasks.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data.
• Adhere to company policies and data handling procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1 year of experience
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or academic exposure to data entry or administrative tasks (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with data management tools or CRM software will be an advantage.
