Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Data Entry Assistant. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. Key responsibilities include verifying the accuracy of information, organizing and categorizing data, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also involves coordinating with team members to ensure efficient data workflows and timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Computer Literacy
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow deadlines
• Proactive attitude and capacity to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with data management software or tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are beneficial
